I normally don't by the protection plans but I have been saved so many times by this thing and it's easy. Barely any questions asked and boom I have a replacement.

I signed up for the protection plan ($179) but shouldn’t have. When my covered laptop broke, I turned it into geek squad for repairs only for them to charge me an additional $49 to tell me they couldn’t fix it! They did give me a giftcard for the value of the laptop but between the planner and repair fee that cost me almost the same amount, so it was pretty much a wash. I am very disappointed and feel lied to about what the protection plan covers.

I do know from past experiences, that this is the best protection. Hope I never need it moving forward. But if I do, I already have it

Wanted the extra protection in case something would happen to my new laptop. You never know what might happen. Glad I got it.

This provides me with peace of mind. Knowing my product is protected enables me to spend more time enjoying the item purchased.

I’ve never had an opportunity to use geek squad for anything before. Now, it’ll definitely be easier to say “yes” to.

It is wonderful knowing I have protection and support from Best Buy especially with a toddler in the house that breaks everything.

Teenagers are hard on computers. The Geek Squad had managed to salvage several accidents for us.

Geek Squad coverage is a must for our grandson’s new laptop...he is 9 and I think his mom will have one less thing to worry about...a computer with an insurance policy!

The GeekSquad are so very knowledgeable and friendly. Although they are the Wikipedia on computer tech, they don't make you feel inferior in your lack of tech skills.

I got the protection on my computer to make sure i did not make the same mistake in college without it.

Got it just in case, knock on wood never used them yet.
