I have not been required to use the protection plan but enjoy the piece of mind that if my laptop begins having issues Best Buy will repair or replace it in a timely manner.

I get the extended warranty with every laptop I purchase. As my computer is on the move constantly, damage has occurred, making this has a smart purchase. If my computer needs repair, it gets done or I get a new computer.

having this protection is bar none we would not buy any product from Best buy without buying any protections I love it my wife loves it my teenager loves it we love protection so I'm so grateful Best buy offers it thanks Best buy

Not usually a fan of buying store warranties but this is the exception. Had another book that got the screen broken. Found the part online but they were out of stock. Warranty was cheaper and don't have to deal with the hassle of fixing it myself.

My wife and I each have a computer and I don't know what we would do without the Geek Squad. I accidentally spilled tea on the entire computer and immediately made an appointment and they rectified the problem to my total satisfaction.

I purchased this for a new gaming computer as a just in case protection plan. I felt it was reasonable for the amount of preclinical provided. I haven’t had to use the protection plan and hope I never have to. But it does give a sense of security if it is ever needed.

I added the Geek Squad Protection when I bought a laptop for my 9 yr old son. The laptop only lasted 6 months because he didn't use it carefully. I was pleasantly surprised when Best Buy reimbursed the total amount of what I paid for it because they could not fix it. I recommend this product 100% when buying electronics for a child.

The 3 year protection plan was just what I was looking for. I wanted the ease of mind and worry-free plan to go with my laptop.

Geek squad protection is a really good service. They only take a little while to repair your device and have it back to you in perfect condition.

I like to make sure I get protection on my expensive investments. The Geek Squad protection plans are BY FAR the best "extended warranty" service I have ever seen till this day. I've never had any issues with bringing something in that broke and them it covering what they promise. Can't say the same for other places....

I actually had my tab button on my laptop break in half and I brought my laptop in and they put on a whole new keyboard. The geek squad team had my laptop back to me in two weeks which was pretty crazy fast with most of that time was shipping my laptop.

I havent really use an accidental geek squad protection, hope I never use it, but it is really difficult to talk to someone, I've spent 1 hour trying to someone to help me, so I hope I never get an accident 'cause they are pretty much difficult to talk.

While I have not had to use the geek squad on this purchase I have used them quite a bit in the past and their services are great. The only thing I would change is the appointments as they don't always keep to the schedule.

It was not clarified to me at the time of purchase that the protection is not really extended warranty. Once you use it it is gone - single use.

Great easy and worth it to get with every product you get better save than sorry.
