This has to be one of the best protection plans. Geeksquad always takes care of your device. Service is usually fast and professional. I still recommend that you check your product before you leave the store and make sure the service is done right. I highly recommend Geeksquad protection, accidents happens as life happens.

I have used the Geeek Squad additional coverage a few times. It has been easy and if the item could not be repaired it was replaced. I have experienced no problems.

When I purchase a product, I read the reviews to see how it holds up. If there are any problems indicated with the product, I buy the protection plan thru the Geek Squad. So far, I am been very lucky and have not had to use it, but it is there if I need to use it.

Great service explained everything i needed too know and great protection worth the extra money for sure.

I went ahead and purchased the $140 for one year warranty. Hopefully if anything happens to my computer there isn't any fine print and they actually honor the warranty. Otherwise the $140 is extremely high, I think. On the other hand, hopefully I never have to use it. I'm going to mark "yes" for if I would recommend to a friend, which I am still on the fence about. It's a required field, so I have to pick one.

Reasonably priced for a one year warranty. Geek squad was very helpful!

The promise of being able to take my notebook to my local BestBuy when I have an issue is very attractive. I have not had to use it yet and I hope I never will but, if something does go wrong, knowing that BB has my back is comforting.

Have had to use Geek Squad several times on different items and have been very happy that I bought it. Bought this to put on my granddaughter's computers and I don't have to worry about the because I know they are covered. Worth the extra money.

This is great for those people that need the added protection and those that don't because you never know. I had to use it even though I never needed it in the past. Damaged the screen by accident and had screen replacement within 5 days. Back to work.
