Happy with the coverage/service in case we need it! Provides peace of mind.

Love the idea of having computer functionality with little investment. Too easy to use; especially since I'm an android user anyway.

They fix it if it’s broken, but takes a while to come back and the shipping is bad and the box was heavily damaged

Just purchased a new PC and decided to get the extra coverage. My last Dell broke one day after the Dell warranty and Dell would not help me fix it without expensive fees. I would never go without coverage again.

Geek Squad give me immediate attention every time I call upon them and never conclude until they are assured I am completely satisfied.

No complaints but never used ultimately - knowing I had the protection and it seemed to be a decent cost to value ratio is why I’m giving 5 stars

I have never had to use the Geek Squad for any of my purchases from Best Buy but I feel better safe than sorry, if something does happen to go wrong I know I have the best in the business to help with any issues if need be.

I purchased for a laptop I ended up returning. Wished I purchased it on my other laptop that I dropped, that is less than 6 months old (bye bye $1k). Never used the service but Peace of mind does have a price apparently.

My son loves the laptop and couldn't be more pleased. He says his performance has greatly improved with the upgraded features.

The in-store reps were amazing and very helpful, but my overall Geek Squad service experience was frustrating. My laptop repair took much longer than expected, and I ended up having to contact corporate to get clear answers and updates. I appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the store team, but the process itself definitely needs improvement.

Never liked Dell until now best decision I could have made I love this laptop.

WHEN YOU NEVER KNOW WHAT CAN HAPPEN NEXT. THIS PROTECTION COVER THE UN-EXPECTED. WHY GO TO SOMEONE WHO KNOW A LITTLE ABOUT NOTEBOOK WHEN THE GEEK SQUAD CAN COVER YOU FOR 2-YEARS. MONEY WELL SPEND.

This laptop is small but mighty. Easy setup ans works lije a charm. You won't regret buying it.

I always buy the 3 year accidental damage warranty. I've been buying computers for 3 teenagers, and let me tell you, accidents happen.

Visiting the Oxford location is alway great. Everyone is very kind an nice. The problem is alway solved when I leave.

After about 6 months I experienced issues with my lap top pc so I brought it in to the Geek Squad. They were able to repair the system free of charge. The repair time was not bad at all.
