this is my third time with purchasing Geek Squad. Each issue I have had on other products were addressed and resolved

Worth every penny. Wouldn't purchase any electronic device without this protection. Geek Squad members rock.

We purchased the protection plan for my grandson's tablet. Thank God we did. Within two months, he dropped it and damaged the device. The Geek Squad was able to repair it and get it back to us within a reasonable time span.

The Geek squad is a great group of service minded individuals and they fixed my laptop in a timely manner.

Great to have thw knowledge that if something happens.that my laptop is covered.

3 years Geek Squad Protection plan is so worth it! It's the only way to go when buying tech products and applications. This is what keeps us coming back to Best Buy!!!

I’ve had my crome book for over a year now luckily I had no issues with it and I use it all the time for work and school but my brother whom also bought the same chromebook had damaged it but the geek squad warranty had no issues with replacing it. It was definitely worth the money.

There has not been any need to use the protection plan but it does cover good things.

I have SurfaceBook, and since they are expensive to repair. I had this protection. I had to use it once for this device (and once for the previous one). It was amazing. Worth it if you have a pricy device you can't afford to fix it.

I always get a protection plan doesn't matter what its for! Ive had this experience with my smart watch they eventually just gave me credit for what i paid and could use on something else

So far no help has needed since i purchase it. Everyone has enjoyed the product since i bought it!

This has worked in my favor for general wear & tear. Its replaced parts on the device that would have resulted in hundreds of dollars in repairs. Which would have resulted in a new PC.
