My brand new Dell Inspiron 15 7000 2-n-1 crashed 30 days after purchase. I took the laptop back and was able to get a brand new one. I’ve had no problems.

Highly recommend. Son’s laptop broke after 2 years and it couldn’t be repaired. So, under Geek Squad warranty he received new laptop.

My computer started acting up, so used my plan to get another new laptop without any hassle. Love covering my stuff with BB plans!

Luckily I have not had to use this but better to have than have expensive repairs or have to buy a new device.
