I got such a good deal I wanted to keep it protected. Everything has gone fine, but I like the peace of mind knowing that if anything happens I am covered.

This is a great service and well worth the money. The only downside is the length of time to get an appointment. The staff is excellent.

the agents took care of a setup problem was having with new laptop they always do a good job it is worth the money for the protection program

Geek squad is great at checking out your item that has an issue and if it's not fixable then you can get a replacement item.
