New computer had corrupted software. GS backed it up and reinstalled the software. He also took time to show me some things they were bothering me about functionality on the computer.

WARNING!! I bought the computer for a family member who lives out of state and purchased the Geek Squad Protection for it for 3 years. Computer broke, and they went to take it in - only the original purchaser can take it in to get it repaired. I went through 6 phone calls, she went through an hour trip before we finally had to "switch" the ownership of the protection plan to her. The Best Buy customer service told us one thing, while Geek Squad told us something completely different. Before you buy - be aware of this pain of an issue
