The Geek Squad protection program is one of the best protection plans I have ever purchased. My computer was damaged, I brought it in my Chromebook and they assisted me with no issues. My computer ended up being lost when shipped back after repair. They made sure to help me get a replacement and showed a lot of empathy. I will always purchase a Geek Squad protection plan.

I always buy my laptops at Best Buy. Part of the reason for that is because of the available warranty. I travel all the time for business and need a warranty that is good at any Best Buy. I have had to use these warranties before and have never had a problem having them honored. I would not buy a computer without one!

OK I love the geek squad. They are worth every penny. I purchased the service because my son breaks everything. He’s 12 or he loses it. I had to use the geek squad to restore his iPhone because he changed his password and forgot it. They were able to help me as soon as I walked in and they solve the problem while I waited. Then I had to have AirPods replaced, that was also super efficient and everyone was very friendly. Thanks geek squad.

We service was fine. Laptop was sent out took a couple of weeks to repair.

Geek Squad has taken care of me Beyond what I have expected this year. I just think that I'm so very much for going far beyond. They are an excellent team and they were very very hard at customer excellence.

This is great service for any electronic you purchase. I recently purchased a tab that unfortunately was having problems and after a few months started glitching. It fell so the screen was a bit cracked at the corner and i went to geek squad. They credited me for the price of tab and plan i payed that i used to purchase another.

Protection at my fingertips, Geek Squad assisted with "set up", very professional and kind.

Each and every one of the Geek Squad that I spoke with and asked questions were knowledgeable, professional and patient. No matter how many times I asked a question for clarification they provided me with answers that I could understand along with numerous suggestions. Buying this saved me soo much money. My kid has managed to not only completely break one laptop but damaged the second one I got her after I replaced the first one she broke. When they told me they couldn’t fix her laptop I received a very large amount (the original purchase price of the laptop) on a gift card so I could afford to purchase a new one. I will never buy anything ever again for her without buying this protection too. Total life saver!!
