I’ve had my crome book for over a year now luckily I had no issues with it and I use it all the time for work and school but my brother whom also bought the same chromebook had damaged it but the geek squad warranty had no issues with replacing it. It was definitely worth the money.

I truly think investing in geek squad is definitely worth it, especially is you have a lot of electronics like myself. In the past few years I have purchased a laptop, 4K TV, kindle, new Samsung phone, google nest cameras and they cover it all!

This is an always needed item for any of the laptop purchases that I do since they cover everything including accidental spills.

I havent had to use this feature yet, but i am glad i purchased this for an extra ease of mind.

Product was only good for 1 issue so it didn’t matter that i payed for a 3 yrs plan as i was told i was only able to use it once

These guys are very helpful. Unless you u leave your laptop at home at all times like me , u should definitely opt in for their protection plan. It will save you a lots of runaround in case something happens to your pc

I had one month left on my 2-year protection plan and my laptop screen started flashing. I immediately took it to Geek Squad and they sent it out for repairs. Everything came back as good as new so I’m so thankful I had the protection plan!!!
