I get these protection plans for pretty much everything over $100, due to I find it beneficial when I have had things go bad shortly after the manufacturer warrantee. And if it is deemed "broke" beyond repair, they'll give you your money back on a gift to purchase something else.

I had a problem with my imported files. The geek squard was able to assist me several times and solve my problems from auto cloud storage to cleaning my computer and even turning off AI

Who can't use even a short term protection on an item bought? I know I like the piece of mind.

Purchased a Lap top Asus Vivio Worked great for a short time till it was sadly stolen from my suv I was barely getting used to navigating a laptop since I have not been on a Laptop or Desktop in years . Now I am paying for a laptop I don’t have sad I know Ty .

Haven't had to take advantage of the extra warranty yet, but if I do it will be well worth the money

Shipping on this was said to be Dec 9th, and was actually received on Nov 25. I bought this computer to play World of Warcraft, and although this computer may be more than I need, it was the right price at the right time!! This computer took a bit of time to set up but has run flawlessly. The only thing i can't seem to get to work is the Ultimate mode for the GPU on the Armory Crate. It will work for 10 minute and then the screen blacks out. I have not looked into this yet, the Optimized setting is perfect for what I need, and bring new visual life to WOW. The 16gig Ram is perfect, but i may still upgrade to 32Gig. (Most people will upgrade the RAM anyways) The Turbo fan setting is loud, but not annoying at all. The camera is grainy, too bad i no longer work in a call center, I'll never use it....lol Love this computer. Ultimate GPU mode not working is not a that big of a deal for me and none of this was a complaint, i do not feel a need to mark down to 4 stars. Five Stars it is!! If i find a fix for the Ultimate GPU setting, I'll try to update for other bigger gamers that may need it... I set this up myself, and did not have the need to use geek squad as of yet.

Your Best Buy associate named Tommy, who sold me the projector, was great, helpful, kind and patient. He also sold me a great project. We love our projector and it's lumins are more than sufficient to project brightly and well.

This is a most have because I had 2 laptops since 2016 that kept causing problems and had spent a lot of money on repairs. I got fed up with laptops messing up every time so hopefully if my new laptop has issues it be within the extended warranty .

The geek squad service is awesome. If I have an issue with my product, I don’t have any problems either trading or getting a credit to buy something else that I want or need.

Best laptop lite weight and strong. Not heating mush and no sound

This is my first laptop purchase. I was happy with it, except the battery didn’t hold a charge very well, and somehow I lost my operating system (let someone borrow)and now waiting for it to be fixed. I am happy with my purchase. Just taking awhile for manufacturer to fix.

When ever you buy a electronic product get the Greek squad protection it is well worth it

Initially, I was told they'd have to send it off for 2 weeks but rep took to back to see if she could fix problem and she was able to. Thanks so much. Can't afford to be without laptop for 1 day. *-*
