This is for the 2-year accidental Geek Squad Protection. Nice to have my device is covered.

guess the sales person lied ( big shock). bought the 4 year and brought in laptop because the speakers stopped working they need to ship it out it will take three weeks. will not ship back to my kid at school after repairs asked to just refund me for the protection plan and ill keep the laptop

About six months into having my laptop the touch screen as well as the pen stylist stopped working, A year and a half after the purchase I started having problems with the screen freezing up on me. It went for repair with geek squad twice. Afterwhich I was able to return the laptop because it was within two years of me purchasing it. Thank goodness I had Geek Squad!

Even tho it is brand new things happen. Had the extended warranty on the last computer. Definitely worth the money. Talking from experience.
