Geek squad is the best! As Seniors, my husband and I are not exactly tech savvy. Geek squad rules!

I have had a contract with the Geek squad for several years and it was a good way to take care of an old computer, so I have kept the plan with my new one.

I was having an issue with my laptops audio while playing youtube but now everything is running smooth!

It's a very good service and easy to use they do whatever you have a problem with your PC or computer or any device you have

Covers more than other extended warranties. I like that i can take to local Geek Squad at a nearby Best Buy to get service.

A very wise choice. As a student accidents do happen and you need to have a plan that takes care of out-of-pocket costs. Protection plans have helped me in the past when I had to replace my battery.

Replaced a few things .easy no hassle and almost always in store same day.

The Greek Squad was able to set up my computer in one day! We have not had to use any of their services yet, however gives a piece of mind if needed. We have policies on several other items and we have had to use this service. Always pleased!

Having the extra protection eases my worries. I’m hopeful that my teenager won’t need it, but glad to have it just in case.

Did not get a chance to use Greek squad yet for the this item but I have used them with other products and it’s soooo easy. They have fixed so many of my items and if it can’t be fixed you get a new item.. NOT REFURBISHED but new.

As a college student the peace of mind this brings is irreplaceable. I need my laptop for everything so this is a must!

The Geek Squad has been so helpful in resolving some software installation issues. They go out of their way to accommodate and are all very patient. Highly recommend purchasing this service!

I made an appointment on line , went to the store and was seen on time and he helped me with my problem which was my fault not the computers.

A warranty play engine discover if something breaks down.Then you should be able to get information or help with anything

I have used this service once before. I can not say enough of the friendly service, finding errors when I get them on my computers, and up date help I believe in geek squad help
