Great computer for gaming and all other things. The picture is beautiful and the computer runs fast. Only downside to the computer the battery dies super fast. Does not hold a charge for long.

The agents were helpful on the phone, and when I came into the store with an issue they addressed me promptly and is thoroughly as I can imagine anybody could or would. They were knowledgeable friendly and very accommodating.

We haven’t had to use it, but it’s great to know that we will have additional warranty should something happen to our laptop.

Bought for my boyfriend for his birthday to cover laptop purchase. Our son accidentally wet it and was able to replace laptop. Then when replaced I purchased again to cover 2nd purchase.

So far Gook Sqaud has helped each time I have asked for help after we got off to a very slow start last year when I bought my TV. Getting my TV installed was not easy and it took a number of months to finish the installation.

Not much to say, it’s a warranty. It does what it supposed to.

They helped me get my antivirus installed and made things easy.

I'm not saying i'm clumsy or that I'm prone to accidents, but, it helps my peace of mind to have protection on my electronics. For a few cents a day, I'm covered for most every type of unfortunate mishap. To me, that's a deal.

Is very affordable and in my opinion worth every penny. I had to use it when my smart watch quit charging. Brought watch to my local Best Buy store and they were very friendly and helped me right away. I was able to replace the watch and am very happy with the whole experience.

I love the warrantee it is worth having is worth dealing with BEST BUY with the Warranty I always try to get the replacement warranty see if it’s a whole lot easier to deal with anyways I only get a get it extended warranty on one item and I regretted it get the extended warranty
