The agent was very informative and provided me all the answers I needed. They went above and beyond and even gave me a deal on my geek squad warranty for my ASUS rogue strix g18 on any and all internals even if it was broken by accident. They were very kind and friendly but also smart and knowledgeable and quick to the point and did not waste my time or try to upsell me. They were honest and have integrity and they are a quality warranty I totally recommend this.

Sooooo glad i decided to get protection on my devices because i’ve already had to bring one in for damage and they helped me right away and got it sent off which is awesome! Makes me worry so much less thanks geek squad!!

Purchased a Lap top Asus Vivio Worked great for a short time till it was sadly stolen from my suv I was barely getting used to navigating a laptop since I have not been on a Laptop or Desktop in years . Now I am paying for a laptop I don’t have sad I know Ty .
