I purchase it to keep from being sorry that I didn't. I use it a lot. I just make the appointment, show up at the appointment, and Geek Squad just takes care of it.

My daughter had the drop protection and had to get her screen replaced at college. This protection plan covered the cost. Be aware that there is a max. value on this plan which I didn’t know when I purchased it.

Was great, had to get it for my first laptop and ended up using it within 4 months because of accidental damage while in my bookbag.

Someone knocked into our laptop and it fell. We thought it was okay until we turned it off later and noticed a crack on the screen. Fortunately we have the warranty on it and took it back to Best Buy Geek Squad. The timeframe they gave to have it fixed was right on the money and we have not had an issue with the laptop since.

Definitely recommend getting this. Thanks to my Geek Squad protection I was able to get full credit for the laptop I accidentally spilled coffee in. It was almost expired, I decided to get 3 years this time.

I got the protecting just in case, I've used it one before and it was easy to have my product fixed. Will buy again specially on the products that might break while in transit from one place to the next.

Bought the protection for my daughters laptop... of course you have to think of kids and how they handle their equipment. As for our daughter, she didn’t take care of her laptop so well so this was a great investment!

I purchased a computer with the full protection plan from Office Depot, it broke after 2 weeks, they told me I would have to send it back to the manufacturer. When I purchased a computer at best buy, Geek Squad handled it. I will always buy from Best Buy.

I buy the geek squad for everything I purchase because accidents happens. Their customer service is great. By great I mean fast and reliable. Also they explain to you how to proceed if there is a problem.

Learned the hard way when a one year laptop got black screen of death so on this purchase I took out the plan. Hope to not need it!!
