When I recently purchased my laptop from Best Buy, I knew that I needed to have the proper support down the road. That security is important to my work, so having the Geek Squad behind me gives me that assurance.

I purchased this because the Geek Squad took care of an issue I had with a phone and I decided that I would always use this service because they are very knowledgeable!

Over all their work that they did to the laptop was fairly decent but some of the things that I asked them to look over and help with didn’t get done and I had to contact tech help on my own to figure some of the things out also the timely fashion of things getting done

Explained in depth about the warranty and helped me not worry about future issues with device

We buy a geek squad plan on most products we purchase from best buy. Have not always needed to use it but so grateful to know the option is there. When I have needed to call geek squad for help on a product I am always happy with the assistance I receive.

Got this wonderful warranty for my 70” Samsung TV. This warranty is very important to me. It gives me peace of mind, knowing if anything happen within the 3 yrs. My TV will be covered

Yes get your three-year protection for any device to buy never know when or if that device will take a big dump on you and you out thousands of dollars.

The peace of mind alone is worth the money, but having these guys able to fix your brand new laptop that your 3 year old is most definitely going to ruin somehow is what really kicks in the savings

I typically do not purchase a warranty on devices but this was a great value and they will fix essentially anything that can happen to my laptop. It worths the cost!
