It is simple to get your product fixed or get a replacement. I can't afford my computers and equipment every time I turn around. The warranty helps prevent that.

Warranty will be good to use if needed. Hopefully I do not have to.

Upon purchasing my Laptop, I also purchased the Geek Squad accidental protection here. It's always good to know that my device is protected incase an accident happens.

I only gave it 4 stars because I haven't needed to use it. But I always recommend some type of warranty when dealing with electronics. We will see what type of service they provide if and when I ever have to use it.

I found out that if I drop my laptop and break it they will replace it. I love this feature of the protection plan
