This laptop is capable of gaming at a very high performance. I bought this when it was on sale for a really great price and I never looked back. Highly recommend for a budget friendly gaming laptop. Only reason it’s a 4/5 and not 5/5 is that it doesn’t have a number pad. But Microsoft sells a wireless one that made up for it.

Geek Squad service means peace of mind concerning the maintenance of my computers. I will have my Macs serviced under this policy.

we love having our 1-year extended warranty because sometimes the factory does not cover everything the initial warranty so when we have Best buy we know that it'll be covered The Price is Right my wife loves to get the warranties I love to get to warranties my teenager loves getting warranties there's no way we would not get a warranty without buying any product from Best buy thanks Best buy

Purchased few weeks ago i5 runs faster then I thought. Screen bright and colorful. Only negative things are back-lit keys I miss takes time to find right keys I guess in time i will get used too. Power button needs to be a button not a bar, I have big fingers.

They didn’t want to replace the screen because of it being an older version. I had so many things on there and I’m not even sure anything was backed up. :(

I have been shopping at Best Buy for years. I have made many purchases of the years. From game systems when my kids were young to TVs, computers, appliances. The merchandise has never been full of problems or anything of that nature. Best Buy’s protection plans are good for lots of reasons . I strongly suggest spending the extra . It is well worth the Money.

The accidental warranty is Absolutely worth the money. I’m accident prone so I knew this was something I needed to have. However, keep in mind that if your computer experiences damage 2 things must occur. #1 they send your computer away (2weeks). #2 they do not back up your computer and if it needs a replacement you have to pay for your information so try to keep a backup

Love this option. Very convenient and it's right inside the store i already shop at. Well worth it and not that expensive!! Totally recommend and they set up my laptop for me after purchase to get me going...

I purchased the warranty on my PC and have decided that it was one of the best purchases I've ever made. Shortly after I purchased the machine I spilled a glass of water on the keyboard and the keyboard stopped working. Geek Squad was able to replace the keyboard for me without issue and now I'm back up and running again. Thanks guys!

Good if needed and always a reassurance if something happens

I need a warranty and never get an item without it. The only gripe I have is that if your device isn't able to fixed you don't get reimbursed for the payment plan, just the cost of the item.

This is the plan I brought for my laptop from black Friday. This is the reason why I had to buy the protection plan for my laptop. In case if something goes wrong with the laptop geek squad will take a look at it or have it ship off without hassle. I have brought protection plan before I will buy more protection plan as long I buy products in stores or online.

People took care of our needs, Manager was involved talk to my wife very professional helped us out and got us a new computer it was awesome the salesman work with this repair the computer got it ready for my granddaughter showed her how to use it programmer install new website or whatever it is they do thank you very much goodbye

The Accidential Geek Squad Protection not only provides great teace of mind, but makes thing real simple. If you have a problem, make an appointment. Go to the store and a polite and competent Geek Squad technician takes care of you. At least that has been my experience. Their service is so good I purchase electronics at BestBuy instead of elsewhere.

Haven’t had to use this yet but I’m glad I purchased this one year protection plan. Now I know my computer has protection for anything that could happen

I have two little kids who like to touch my computer. With it being touch screen, the two year protection plan seemed essential and it covers so much!

I had to use my protection on a laptop computer. A part on my computer ended up breaking and when I brought it in, they determined it could not be repaired and I could exchange the laptop for a new one. They no longer carried my same model in stores, so I got an upgrade and only had to pay the difference between my computer and the newer one.

Manufactures usually only cover problems within the first year. In case anything goes wrong past that point, I always buy these for my high ticket electronics. Do yourself a favor and give yourself peace of mind for the future

I am coming up on year two. Have had to send my computer back because it was dropped, replaced motherboard at no cost to me. Return was quicker than i expected. This time its the plug which should have been fixed the first time, was sent back out by over night and will be back in a day or two. The geek squad couldn't have been nicer. Very satisfying.
