This laptop is perfect for what i use it for would recommend it

They are fantastic and can definitely trust in them to make sure my equipment is working great and secure.

I got geek squad for my laptop however when my laptop was messing up they said they could reset everything for $200 more which didn’t make any sense to me because I purchased the accidental geek squad and they were not able to help me with my laptop without me paying more.

I have never had the need to use the warranty with my computer but it is advisable to always have one for any problem

I have the peace or mind that I have Geek Squad for anything the warranty wont cover.

This is a good policy to have. We have recently upgraded laptops for our boys and were thankful to have this insurance. We had issues with the screens and they were replaced with no questions asked. It does take about 7 to 10 days (repairs aren’t done in stores).

After 1 year and 3 moths of buying my laptop, screen failed. I take it to the Geek squad and they solved the problem. It was covered by the warranty.

I’ve always enjoyed the peace of mind the electronic protection Geek squad brings to me and my son.

I have not been required to use the protection plan but enjoy the piece of mind that if my laptop begins having issues Best Buy will repair or replace it in a timely manner.

I think the guys at Geek Squad have great service. I just bought a new laptop and i got the protection because i had protection on my other computer and everytime i had a problem they fixed it and were very helpful.

I have been with Geek Squad in the past and have purchased a 3 year protection plan in the past as well. My last purchase with Geek Squad was actually today (December 31, 2021) and needless to say, it was worth it in the past and still is.

This is a great program. Every time I have had a issue they were either able to fix it or give me my money back for another item!

I love the respect the attention and the patients that they have on Roseville road. Chicago Best Buy one of the best places most calm place. You can shop love the people there.

So far no problems with the laptop. At least I have Greeks squad just in case
