Broke the touch screen when I dropped the computer, fixed it, no questions asked. Took about 2 weeks to send it out and get it back.

Geek squad has always been wonderful and I honestly buy them on just about all my electronics nowadays

Got it for my wife. and she loves it. today it tried to upgrade but since then it does not power on.. lucklily I got geeksquad.. must have to go there.

I haven’t had to use this yet. To be honest, I never know if I should buy extra protection or not. I tend to lean toward “better safe than sorry” when it comes to extended warranties on tech.

Most factory warranties will not cover anything other than manufacturer defect, and sometimes not even that. Geek Squad will fix your item for you, or give you a replacement at no charge. Well worth it.

Services and protection with worth getting as things happen and having that added protect and service is worth having it will save you money in the end.

I love the Accidental Geek Squad Protection because if anything happens to my product it will be insured and Best Buy will honor it and replace the item.

There is one thing that I tell everyone who buy a NEW PC. And that is to GET ACCIDENTAL PROTECTION! It will save you hundreds of dollars

I would recommend getting the geek squad warranty on a computer If you have children using them it really is worth the money and I would do it again if I had a child that I purchased the computer for

Have not used it with the product but have had it in the past and it is well worth the money. Hope I never need to use it.

Don't know if I'll ever need to use this protection but purchased it anyway. 3 years if my new computer bites the dust or I drop it and break it. A little insurance for my new laptop

All I am going to say since I have not had any issues thus far with my Indigo HP laptop is that insurance matters.

Anytime that I purchase electronics I always purchase the Protection plans as well because anything could happen and they are usually reasonable.

This was a must since we will be carrying the laptop with us everywhere. Our last laptop broke at the hinge and that cracked the screen. I'm hoping that this coverage will keep us from having to buy a new computer if that happens again.

Probably a good thing a klutz like me purchased this. I rarely buy this type of insurance but I do drop things and I carry my lap top around everywhere and so "anything could happen" so I feel better knowing I can replace if there is an accident.

I hope I do not have to use this and will update to 5 stars depending on how Geek Squad and Best Buy respond when I activate this protection plan.
