Good idea to have a warranty on the laptop. If something happens they can fix it.

Geek squad works great. I always get the protection because I’m not Tech Savy. They are always helpful and make sure the product is fixed or new.

So far, all of my issues have been handled professionally, and in a very friendly manner. Notifications for time frames to have work done could stand monitoring and improvement. Overall, very satisfied.

Geek squad folks are just the best. I am so glad there is a Best Buy in England so my son can use their services while he is living there.
