Took my laptop because it wasn't holding charge and they said it was going to take 4 to 5 weeks to get it back but I got it in 2 weeks and they send updates as to what is being done which is a plus.

The agent helped me set up my HP laptop with my copy machine wireless. Before I was using the USB cord know all I do is turn on the copy machine and click print from the HP Laptop.

They just work! I'd definitely recommend getting it for the first year at least.

this is a must for any child that is required to bring laptop to and from school. This gives parents and children a little relief from being super nervous when transporting to school.

I purchased this protection and used it once already for a faulty locking mechanism on my laptop. It was probably covered under the normal warranty but this way there were no questions asked.

I have looked and looked to see what I have included with this but it doesn't show in y purchases even though I did and the site says so when I view it on the page to buy it. This is technically a subscription so it should be in that section to be able to find and use easily when needed not have to jump through hoops to locate I did give 3 stars for past experience being good. If I could just upgrade this subscription somehow without having to pay for a whole new one which starts the date of purchase meaning I will end up paying twice for this section of the service I want. But if something does break or even a drink spilled on it it really is covered so great for that.

Already used the service twice. Staff is so helpful, accommodating, service is top notch! Will extend next year without a second thought.

I got the protecting just in case, I've used it one before and it was easy to have my product fixed. Will buy again specially on the products that might break while in transit from one place to the next.

Purchases protection to for my laptop. I’m really hoping that if something happens to it for example if I drop it down it’ll be covered because that’s the main purpose behind me purchasing the warranty keep you posted

The laptop is nice, easy to use, easy to work , I personally prefer it more than the other laptops, Hp is a good company
