I brought my laptop many times for repair and every time they did a great job.

Havent had to use, thank goodness but i had one before on my tv. My tv kept messing up and they came out once to fix and it started messing up again less than a minth later. They replaced it with a bigger size brand new tv. It worked. Just didnt like that the insurance wouldnt be switched over to the new tv, but cancelled.

Bought a 3 year to make sure my laptop was covered for the long term! Any time ive used this warranty ive had a posotive experience!

OK I love the geek squad. They are worth every penny. I purchased the service because my son breaks everything. He’s 12 or he loses it. I had to use the geek squad to restore his iPhone because he changed his password and forgot it. They were able to help me as soon as I walked in and they solve the problem while I waited. Then I had to have AirPods replaced, that was also super efficient and everyone was very friendly. Thanks geek squad.

I made the best decision when I went into Best Buy to update and purchase my new devices. Each and every one of the Geek Squad that I spoke with and asked questions were knowledgeable, professional and patient. No matter how many times I asked a question for clarification they provided me with answers that I could understand along with numerous suggestions. Had a problem with my new laptop. I took the laptop in. The tech explained I had shut down during an update and it could not complete the operation causing the unit to not turn on properly. The update was running in the background, and I was unaware the update was running. had only had the laptop for a few hours when this happened. They scheduled a Tech Appointment immediately. the appointment only took a few minutes, was totally painless. And the Tech resolved my problem right there.

[Employee of bestbuy] My MSI laptop had a major problem with the fan. It was constantly overheating and the fan was unusually loud. Took it to Geek Squad and walked right out with a laptop working like it’s brand new!

I always purchased the warranty for any laptop I purchase. I usually need to use it at least once. This time the touch screen on my computer stopped working and I was able to bring it to Geek Squad and they shipped it off and the screen was replaced free of charge. The downside is that I found it surprising that Geek Squad could not do a screen replacement in the store and would need to ship it off and I would havento wait 5-6 weeks (supposedly due to COVID) to get my laptop back.

We encourage a warranty incase any accidents happen. You never know if you will need it and we are thankful we got this!

Buying this saved me soo much money. My kid has managed to not only completely break one laptop but damaged the second one I got her after I replaced the first one she broke. When they told me they couldn’t fix her laptop I received a very large amount (the original purchase price of the laptop) on a gift card so I could afford to purchase a new one. I will never buy anything ever again for her without buying this protection too. Total life saver!!
