The geek squad at cascade store in Portland are helpful and excellent in providing service. One of these plans was able to replace a broken screen on brand new computer, this saved me over 350.00 and was invaluable!! I would recommend this Protection plan to anybody, it comes in handy when an accident happen. 6 months after I bought my daughter's laptop she dropped it and broke the thing to pieces. I called the Geek Squad, they came through for me. Now I have a brand new laptop. My daughter won't get it anymore lol.

Who doesn’t like warranties in case of mishaps or theft in some cases

I purchased the accidental protection for my ASUS Chromebook due to having little ones in my home. However, I am hoping I don't have to use it.

It was not expected that Best Buy would cheat the customer, I had bought an excellent open box laptop online from Best Buy, which was in a very bad condition. the paint was peeling from the corner of the laptop and the 14" laptop was kept in a 24" x 16" box without a spot, the charger cable also looked very old, I'm thinking of a case for Best Buy's fraud. do

Love these Chromebooks. Bought them for my grandchildren and they love it. I even use them. I love that it's a Intel Core M3 processor. A great buy, will purchase again. Highly satisfied!

Small, but works great. My daughter loves it for her first gaming laptop. We got a gamig laptop because it fits the space we live it but it works great, and does everything she wants.

My son has been using it for few months now for his school and academic. It has been pretty good so far.

It’s very easy to setup an appointment with GeekSquad. I’ve had to use them twice for a broken screen and broken usb port on a laptop.
