i have not had any problems with the laptop as of yet.

Got 3 years of protection, on my new laptop, and I had use this in the past, Best buy is the best on the insurance programs, when I had used i go to customer service, no questions asked, they just replaced, I have a lot of confidence with Best buy..

Haven't needed to use it yet but I love having the service just in case.

I got geek squad for my laptop however when my laptop was messing up they said they could reset everything for $200 more which didn’t make any sense to me because I purchased the accidental geek squad and they were not able to help me with my laptop without me paying more.

I always purchase Best Buy's Geek Squad Protection Plan on almost every high ticket/price item I purchase from Best Buy. So far, I have never had any issue(s) with my Geek Squad Protection Plans on any item found to be defective covered under the plan.

I received amazing service when purchasing a laptop for work. The associate was both knowledgeable and helpful. 10 out of 10 would purchase again.

I love this protection plan it’s affordable and is great in case I break my laptop.

This is a good policy to have. We have recently upgraded laptops for our boys and were thankful to have this insurance. We had issues with the screens and they were replaced with no questions asked. It does take about 7 to 10 days (repairs aren’t done in stores).

Used geeksquad when my chromebook died. Great customer service and the in-app updates are very helpful. Was able to exchange my chromebook when my previous one was junked out.

We had a small issue with the first item we bought. Just a lemon. Took it back and there was no hassle - they looked at it and replaced it.

Hopefully we don’t need to use it , but just in case I purchased it.

I purchased this protection because I'm always using my laptop in my bed or I let someone borrow it. I have to make sure this was covered because things happen and some people are clumsy. I haven't use the protection as of yet. Also this protection is good for other electronic products in your home, just read the brochure.

I had to hv my computer looked at and they were prompt getting it back to me.

We have geek squad protection on all of our electronics. My wife's laptop stopped working when some water got in it in the kitchen. The geeks fixed it. We had a lightning strike that burned out the hdmi port on our TV (don't know why that happened). The Geeks fixed it.

I will only buy my electronics through Best buy with Geek Squad protection. It's a super easy process and they are so good at either repairing or replacing items as quickly as possible.

I have used this insurance for my past 3 laptops, and I have enjoyed the customer service and the quick response to get my laptop fixed.
