I haven’t had to use it but I love the peace of mind of knowing it’s there. I’d recommend this product!

Whenever I needed the Geek squad I was satisfied with the service I was given and my issues were resolved.

I was leary to spend the extra money but it was so worth it!! Within 2 months of having my computer I accidentally dropped it and cracked the screen. My warranty allowed me to have my old computer replaced with a brand new computer with no additional charge!!

Every time I think that I will not need Geek Squad protection something proves me wrong... It is pretty much a must for me...

Geek squad is always helpful to have. They normally are very helpful with regards to changes that need to be made.

Geek Squad service has saved me again and again when it has come to my laptops. Most recently, they entirely reimbursed my 1.5 year old laptop, when it could not be fixed.

I recently had a problem with my Lenovo Yoga 730 laptop. It was not charging the battery so I had to send it in. It was still under the 1 year manufacturer's warranty but I needed it back quick so decided to take it in and let the GEEK Squad take care of me faster! HA! Geek Squad informed me that it would take 6 weeks for them to replace my battery!!! SIX WEEKS!!! Needless to say Lenovo got it back to me quicker (though not the 5 days they estimated - it was almost 3 weeks). I always buy the Geek Squad for my devices but this was my first time ever almost having to use it. I ended up having to buy a cheap computer to get me through so I wasn't computer-less. I'm disappointed in the estimated turn around time I was given by Geek Squad. Other than that I hope I'll never have to use Geek Squad ever, but I figure paying for it is still worth it for a computer that's worth over $1000.

When I went to turn my laptop on, nothing came up. No matter how we tried to get it up and running, nothing happened. Brought it to Best Buy and the Geek Squad checked it out. Seems as though the battery somehow came loose and is working just fine.

So far so good. Im glad everything's been working well.

I am very accident-prone, so when I bought my new laptop for school I really wanted to make sure it would be safe. I always recommend getting protection on big purchases.

It’s an awesome laptop for general use, the less apps you download the better off you will be.

I get the extended warranty with every laptop I purchase. As my computer is on the move constantly, damage has occurred, making this has a smart purchase. If my computer needs repair, it gets done or I get a new computer.
