I decided to spend a little more this time and I am glad I did! You can tell this laptop is just made better, my last few were more flimsey and just more creekey with noises when opening and closing the lid, etc. This one is solid and feels well made. I also love the specs! I can play any of my games at best settings and it handles with ease!

I have used geeksquads insurance on a few of my gaming laptops and more expensive purchases over the years. Some of those had defects or were damaged due to mistakes. Best Buy has ALWAYS either fixed the issue to my satisfaction or replaced the item with a new item. In the few rare cases when the item couldn't be replaced they gave me a gift card worth the original purchase price of my product so that I could buy a replacement of similar quality. All in all I have been very happy with their insurance.

getting warranty is essential for any computer equipment. luckily for me I haven't had the need to use it yet. In the past Geek Squad has been great & responsive

just in case the Geek Squad has you covered for accidental spills, drops, cracked screens, or life's curveball.

I recommend getting the warranty I paid for one and my daughter fell on ice and damaged the computer beyond repair and I was able to get another with the warranty

Have not needed to use the warranty yet, got it for piece of mind.

The Geeks are always helpful! I am not very knowledgeable about electronics so I always need help!

The in-store reps were amazing and very helpful, but my overall Geek Squad service experience was frustrating. My laptop repair took much longer than expected, and I ended up having to contact corporate to get clear answers and updates. I appreciate the kindness and professionalism of the store team, but the process itself definitely needs improvement.

You need this for anything that goes wrong, they will fix it fast

The staff worked on my laptop To see if it had been compromised due to malware. Great job. Very knowledgeable.

It’s always nice to have that security of having the geek squad help you with any issues you should have with the computer processor, etc.

In my 10 years of purchasing all types of computers, from desktops to laptops, and windows based to Apple products, I always opt for getting at least the 2 year extended warranty, and it has always been well worth the added cost. Sometimes the product was damaged by me accidentally, and other times the laptop simply died within the 2 year warranty timeframe. Regardless of why, Best Buy always either fixed the product at no cost to me, and my extended warranty remained intact for the duration of the original warranty. Or, Best Buy replaced the product with the same item, if it was still in stock, or I was given a full refund of the price of the laptop onto a store credit card so I had that much money to use towards the purchase of a new laptop of my choice. The extended warranty is used up when the item is totaled out, meaning that amount is not refunded, so you need to repurchase the extended warranty when you purchase the new product, which is always worth it.

They helped me a lot. I had everything put in and it was easy to use. They showed me how to do Shortcuts so it helped out a lot. Thanks for recommend you guys to anybody.
