Can't review as I have not had to use this since purchasing laptop. Previous experience with Geek Squad was positive.

Daughters computer has been broken and fixed twice and we still have a year left on the warranty. This is a must for kids electronics.

When my laptop had some issues, I could just return it get a better one with paying the difference. The first branch I visit did not honor this warranty, so I had to visit another one. It’s worth it but there could be some branches which try not to honor this.

They are fantastic and can definitely trust in them to make sure my equipment is working great and secure.

Great easy and worth it to get with every product you get better save than sorry.

I haven’t had to use this yet. I’ve heard from family and friends that it’s awesome.

So far the money I have spent has saved me a bunch of money. The only negative is during the pandemic getting service with out waiting a lot of time has been difficult. Also it is very difficult to schedule any time without waiting 1 week or longer. If you need help now it is almost unheard of. So this has been a problem.

Works great for work. Quick reboot. Battery life is good charges quickly.

This is an always needed item for any of the laptop purchases that I do since they cover everything including accidental spills.
