I have not had to use this service and hope I don't. However, I have peace of mind in knowing that if I spill coffee on my keyboard, I can take it to the Geek Squad to repair my device. "It's better to have a peace of mind and purchase the 2-year accidental Geek Squad Protection upfront than to pay out-of-pocket money to get a repair done.

Geek squad was super helpful in replacement of my charger. Process was super quick and smooth.

The geek squad at cascade store in Portland are helpful and excellent in providing service. One of these plans was able to replace a broken screen on brand new computer, this saved me over 350.00 and was invaluable!! Great service polite individuals and since I have recently purchased a new television I will save cover $200 in having them install it and move my old one to a new room. That alone has paid for the year of service. Plus my wife has had issues with her computer which were easily solved at the store for no charge.

This was definitely a no brainer to purchase this package. I definitely had no question on purchasing When I was told I could bring any of my electronics purchased or not purchased at Best Buy and it would be covered. Which also included phones. I highly recommend expired to anyone. They are very knowledgeable and very helpful.

I would recommend this Protection plan to anybody, it comes in handy when an accident happen. 6 months after I bought my daughter's laptop she dropped it and broke the thing to pieces. I called the Geek Squad, they came through for me. Now I have a brand new laptop. My daughter won't get it anymore lol.

The 3 year accidental damage warranty is always a good idea. One of our laptops was accidentally destroyed when a drink was knocked into it. It was replaced at no cost with no questions.

Manufactures usually only cover problems within the first year. In case anything goes wrong past that point, I always buy these for my high ticket electronics. Do yourself a favor and give yourself peace of mind for the future

This is a guarantee I always try to purchase if it makes sense with the item replacement cost. It took me two failed Chromebook to realize that with items that tend to break easily adding a Geek Squad guarantee will give you peace of mind. Because it is very likely that electronics will malfunction before we are ready for an upgrade.
