It's great to know that I have Geek Squad protection, they are reliable and excellent at what they do. Was definitely worth getting this 2 year warranty because I know they have my back for any product I purchase with warranty.

Im very greatful i got the protection warrenty as well. You never know when accidents will happen. It covers malfunction hardware, spills, broken screens, drops and if it gets lost.

Haven't had to use it yet and hope I don't have to It's a bit pricey though.

The Geek Squad service plan is worth every penny, if your store has a good geek squad staff. They need to have reps who speak clear English with no dialect since this is technical discussions

Purchased for our grandsons computer that we bought fir him to use with virtual school. Wanted to make sure that he had a backup in case there was something that went wrong with his machine. Added peace of mind for us, him and the machine too.

Have not had to use on this product, but the process is always efficient and easy.

I needed additional protection for this computer especially since it is for my son who is going off to college. He can take it to a Best Buy near his college should something go wrong.

Covers more than other extended warranties. I like that i can take to local Geek Squad at a nearby Best Buy to get service.

Having the extra protection eases my worries. I’m hopeful that my teenager won’t need it, but glad to have it just in case.

Awesome I usually never buy because I'm usually careful with my stuff but it did come in handy when the screen broke

The Geek Squad confirmed the lemon status of a third laptop in 2 weeks. Immensely grateful that they didn't put me through hours and hours over weeks discussion before replacing the laptop under warranty.

I don't like extended warranties and believe they are a waste of money. I will, however, buy the Geek Squad warranty on laptops due to the tendency for screens to crack. The Geek Squad warranty claims to cover accidental breakage so i purchased this specifically because it's a pain to replace screens.

I always purchase Geek Sqad protection for all my electronic and phone purchases. We have had to utilize it in the past and it has always been an easy process. Definitely recommend purchasing a Geek Squad protection plan.

Always add geek squad to my purchases. Hacr only had to use a couple times but always honored with zero issues
