I had this Accidental Geek Squad Protection on my former computer, and there were two construction failures on it. Geek Squad stood by the protection both times, but the 2nd failure required a part that didn't come in for over a month. Best Buy stood by their warranty and replaced the computer. The service is somtimes slow.

We get the Geek Squad protection plan on every item we buy, and it has paid for itself many times over. Most recently, our daughter somehow managed to spill liquid on her 6 month old laptop and short out the charging mechanism. Geek Squad sent it off for repair and discovered that it was not repairable, so we were issued a store credit for the value, and used that to purchase a new computer. It saved us hundreds of dollars.

Always but with all appliances and electronics. Ive had to use it once nad it paid off.

So I added this Geek Squad protection to my purchase since I teach second graders and I know they can be careless at times around expensive equipment. I have purchased protection plans on several items. Overall, I have been very pleased with the product. I have used the in-home services and online services.

I guess they are experienced persons, but beside installing programs in my laptops, I never have been serviced by the Geed Squad

This plan has been outstanding. My son is hard on laptops and this plan has saved the expense of repair or replacement on several occasions. If the computer is beyond repair, which doesn't take much damage, the plan give you a credit of the full original purchase price to use for the purchase of a new one.

Get the plan it’s a life saver sometimes. As person that spends thousands on items here!! Anything that you plan on using until the doors fall off get this. Stress reliever! Used this before on laptop wasn’t painful

I bought this membership when I purchased my last laptop. I knew that this yearly membership would pay off since I planned on buying several appliances for my new house. This day came, appliances were purchased for my mom and my new house, we both saved on installation and my mom saved on haul away items. Worth every penny of this member

My spouse is very happy with her new gaming computer. The girl that helped me was very knowledgeable and made sure I was aware of sales and helped me chose the best computer at the best price. I was very pleased. She also explained the benefits of purchasing the extended warranty and hopefully I won't have to use it, but glad I have it in case I need it.

We had made a purchase of a previous laptop and bought the protection for that computer. Best investment ever made. The laptops fan was defective. Geek squad sent it out and had it repaired for us in no time. Would definitely recommend the extra purchase
