Worth the extra price for a peace of mind, considering the purchase was for a middle school aged boy.

Piece of mind!! Priceless! I won’t ever buy another laptop, PC without this service. Haven’t needed to use it but know I’m only a phone call a way and the coverage is to fix it or replace it. Short of throwing it across the room this has it all covered!! Great team of guys and gals that make it happen.

I haven't had to use this service for this device. I have however had to use them in the past & they are excellent. They are more than helpful, very polite, professional and get the job done. They have helped me several times with very different problems & are the best.

A must have with laptops as with kids at home, there is chance of spilling liquids or dropping the laptop, and accidental damage is covered by Geek Squad.

Purchcing Geek Squad protection with my new computer was one of the best things I have ever bought! Not only did they help me fix a problem on my new computer but they also got rid of the thousands of viruses on my old computer! The techs were professional, attentive and extremely helpful.
