We purchased this along with the laptop. We are thankful to be able to give the gift of peace of mind along with the laptop.

We have geek squad protection on all of our electronics. My wife's laptop stopped working when some water got in it in the kitchen. The geeks fixed it. We had a lightning strike that burned out the hdmi port on our TV (don't know why that happened). The Geeks fixed it.

I was able to get a free replacement laptop on the 3rd anniversary of the warranty. Can't beat that!! I always get extended warranties on my cars as well, and i must say this turned out just fine! For an expensive laptop, this is the way to go.

How do you purchase peace of mind; Geek Squad Accidental Protection. I have purchased several computers from Best Buy and unless it is something cheap and disposable I always get the added protection. I've had to use it a couple of times in the past and it has really paid off when I did.

I have gotten many geek squad protection plans from Best Buy. They are always good and if I need, they just provide a new product. Its perfect.

I always purchase the protections because you never know how long things will last these days. and accidents happen

They were so helpful when i made a mistake loading something in my phone instead of computer. They took the time to explain what i did and made me feel that it was ok everyone makes mistakes. These guys really know what they are doing.

Hopefully, I’ll never need this but the plan is diverse in its protections, especially for laptops that will be moved around a lot.

This protection plan is a must. It covers my device from accidentals.

Don't think about it...just get it. You may not need it. Hope you don't, But if you do... Plus, Best Buy will give you your original purchase price as credit towards something else if you change your mind a couple months down the road. Amazing! Highly recommend.

ALWAYS ALWAYS ALWAYS BUY THE PROTECTION PLANS AT BEST BUY!!!!! ESPECIALLY the accidental damage plans! It is a no brainer to pay a few extra dollars and protect your investment against defects, drops, spills and just plain old bad luck! And Best Buy makes it super easy!

I haven’t had to use them yet for my recent purchase, however for pst purchases they have been great!!

Bought my wife a new lap top and there was no way I wasn't going to get a protection plan. This is a must have. There are so many ways to damage a lap top and if you have grandkids running around the house than you already know... I would recommend this to anyone!

For the low price paid for the laptop, protection coverage came as a no brainer. Giving Mom the peace of mind needed to utilize her new device without concerns of damages for 12 months was reasonably priced and worth securing.
