Great little labtop. It runs very fast on most applications. The battery life on it is great. I really like the 15.6 screen size. The touch screen on it works very well. It's got Bluetooth so it can pair up with different speakers that I have. Overall it's an awesome laptop

I am so very glad that I purchased this Geek Squad Service. I've already had cause to call in for assistance 3 times since I purchased it after buying my new home and moving here to Missouri from Texas about 5 months ago. I was diagnosed with cancer nearly 5 yrs. ago and was then turned over to hospice and not expected to live. All of the Radiation caused nerve damage and I lost most of the use of one hand and part of the other. The Chemo triggered a horrible form of dementia. After being miraculously healed of Cancer and released from Hospice all of the rest really put me behind as I muddled my way out of the dementia. It's been such a long journey, so when I get a bit confused and simply pick up the phone to call for help figuring things out from the Geek Squad it truly has been a life saver for me. Computer is clean and runs great no issues whatsoever. Haven't needed geek squad on this Computer but have always had good service when ive had other electrics serviced

Bought a 1year subscription for a laptop that I purchased for my 18 y/o son! Thank goodness! Screen was cracked his first semester away at college. Service provided took about a month but everything was included. Well worth the amount I spent on the protection plan!

I have not had to use this on my most recent purchases but I have used them before. The Geek squad is very professional and helps you in a timely manner.

**Will update once the NEW computer I purchased is received ** A used computer was received today, I ordered a new one! I will not show a photo of the locked screen with the previous owners name, but the computer was purchased as a brand NEW one. There are still finger prints on the touch pad. Upon opening the shipping box I knew something was up when I was the Samsung seal was broken and the Best Buy inspected by tape was on the Samsung box. Then when opening up the computer it immediately turned on with the ladies name on the screen and I was locked out, plus the finger prints on the touch pad. I immediately called customer service and they assured me that they would be shipping out another computer and this would indeed be a BRAND NEW one. I will be shipping this used one back tomorrow. Updates to come. Please pay attention to your packages, some of us aren’t fortunate enough to live close enough to a Best Buy store and make in store purchases. We are at the mercy of the retailer and trust that they will be honest.
