After buying new comp, asked if things like sticky notes along with apps and normal files would get transferred over from old comp. They said not normally but would do their best. SUrprise Surprise, SHeriff, they transferred even the sticky notes.

So far, all of my issues have been handled professionally, and in a very friendly manner. Notifications for time frames to have work done could stand monitoring and improvement. Overall, very satisfied.

I have had to use them and they are very knowledgeable about the product they fix. They made me feel at ease whenever I had a question. Thanks geek squad!!!

I really like the Microsoft surface platform. Although the HDMI is a little flaky on our overall it's a very good machine.
