I purchased a computer with the full protection plan from Office Depot, it broke after 2 weeks, they told me I would have to send it back to the manufacturer. When I purchased a computer at best buy, Geek Squad handled it. I will always buy from Best Buy.

I have gone in to see the Geek Squad probably over 10 times just because technology hates me. Every time they have been so helpful! Even if they aren't able to fix it, they laid out all my options.

Did not by the plan on the last laptop and it broke at the hinge 32 past manufacturers warranty and HP denied any responsibility!! Went back to a Lenovo and bought the 3 year plan and so of course it will not have a problem, but once bittten!!

any priced priced item I buy from Best Buy now I always get the extended warranty because they'll replace it for free

Purchases protection to for my laptop. I’m really hoping that if something happens to it for example if I drop it down it’ll be covered because that’s the main purpose behind me purchasing the warranty keep you posted
