Willing to take their time with you to explain, suggest and in some cases refunding items you are simply not happy with.

I no longer worry that my accident prone husband will spill blueberry smoothie on this one... at least for 2 years it will be replaced without large amounts of money out of pocket. Get the warranty or you will regret it!

If something happens to your good they are to support you, without hesitation
