I have always purchased the geek squad protection plan. Best thing ever. If you have to use it, they are extremely helpful and knowledgably.

Excellent option especially for people with arthritis like myself. Pain improved and it is much more comfortable

Agent at North Fayette Pittsburgh was not knowledgeable at all. Took my laptop andcsent to service center when laptop was still under manufacturer warranty. Now they want to charge for the service. Have bern trying to contact Geek Squad manager for over a month. Left voicemail, 2 messages, and an email. Still no response.

never disappointed in Geek Squad service ins. we have had to use it many times due to lightning, Viruses and adding new software

The computer itself is very easy to set up. Even though it is probably bigger than most laptops it is lightweight and easy to carry. It runs fairly fast and I have had no problems so far. I also like the different features that are available to use.
