Best Buy has the best warranty. They have replaced a few of my lroducts due to being lemons, or to expensive to keep fixing. I will always purchase a warranty!

I signed up for the protection plan ($179) but shouldn’t have. When my covered laptop broke, I turned it into geek squad for repairs only for them to charge me an additional $49 to tell me they couldn’t fix it! They did give me a giftcard for the value of the laptop but between the planner and repair fee that cost me almost the same amount, so it was pretty much a wash. I am very disappointed and feel lied to about what the protection plan covers.

Wouldn't be without it! The first issue I had was the laptop didn't recognize the adaptor. They fixed it right away.

I like the way the price came down for me when I purchased the protection plan on sale. Also, it can be returned for a pro rated refund during the life of the warranty.
