Geek Squad Plan Could Be Better
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I bought an expensive laptop and it works good. I also bought the 2 year Geek Squad plan. Then I lost my charger. I was told by Best Buy that they would not replace it. It would've been nice if Best Buy would have replaced the charger. They should offer to replace the chargers at least once. The laptop cost $2,000 with the Geek Squad plan.

I'm hoping it was an unnecessary purchase. Just like all insurance policies - you hope you never need to use them, and if you do, you hope they do a good job.
