Expensive long term coverage. Do your own cost benefit analysis. Useful for nontechnical savvy user, who tend to abuse hardware. Hardware only. And didn't carry over unused years when laptop wasn't repaira6.

Geek squad always available. Never worry about getting an appointment right away. Very efficient!

Definitely something I would consider investing in if you have a laptop. However, I sent my Chromebook in multiple times to fix the touch screen. The times varied and they never fixed my screen.

Excellent job no complaints quick & efficient & very knowledgeable even disposed Of the Box I’ll be sure to have them to install my Next TV.

We haven't had to use this protection plan yet, but just knowing that we have it puts us at ease knowing that if anything happens to our device, it'll either be repaired or replaced. Well worth the minimal cost.

I chose to have a 3 year Geek Squad protection plan so that if ever need a repair the cost would be covered.

Yes I happy that I got the 1yr accidental because I’m Clumsy...So for ppl that get computer They are going to need the yr accidental just in case If something happens

1 Year accidental damage replacement plan, what's not to like? Great piece of mind and hassle free. I'm a fan of the plan!

Haven't had to use it yet but, my granddaughter does like to touch it when I forget to put it up. I know that it is something I may need in the future.

The agents walk me through my laptop to eradicate some spyware and virus that had gotten on the laptop. The Geek Squad is "dope" (that means they were great)!!

I found that the geek squad customer service is impeccable they are swift, informative, intelligent ( they know a lot about the product and that is helpful to the customer)

Always get Geek Squad Protection. It pays for itself, and you won’t regret it. Yes, sometimes you won’t need it, but the times you do, you’ll be very grateful!

I cant believe how much the service plan covers. I'm very happy I went to best buy vs other retailer just for this alone.

Geek squad was able to answer all of my questions about my computer and help set everything up. They are great getting the warranty through them is definitely 110% worth it.

Considering I got this since the reason I replaced the previous computer was a staff member who spilled water all over the keyboard....this is worth the peace of mind.
