So excited to have this protection for my laptop. If I spill something on it... coffee... I will be able to get it repaired. Not that I plan on it. However, late night classwork, accidents happen.

Better safe than sorry. I always make sure to have the service in case anything happens and is a game changer.

Always get the geek squad protection. I learned the hard way not getting my laptop with it from the beginning. Costly .Costly .

No issues with Geek squad support in the past. I had Geek squad protection on other devices and if anything went wrong they always take care of it.

the protection plan was recommended by the sales associate, it seemed like a good deal with his chart he had with lots of info on it. it's basically insurance, better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it...

wish i would of gotten the 2 year contract. It fixed my computer every time my child knocked it off the table...or it got dropped.
