Had a 9 month old HP that the fans cut out on and over heated. Grateful I have the Geek Squad warranty. They came through and replaced my Computer with a another of like kind of quality and price. They back you up if there is a problem in my experience.

Always buy the Geek Squad warranty. Great value for the peace of mind. If Geek Squad can't fix it but something new!

I am very excited to have a computer that is protected by Best Buy's excellent service. I am giving it a 4 star rating due to the fact that Amazon offers the same protection but for a considerable amount less. I have not used Amazon, but I'm hoping to have a better turnout at Best Buy since they have a brick and mortar store to easily get to instead of mailing in your computer to Amazon.

Laptop has been very reliable and useful for my needs. Recommend for the folks how don’t need a lot but just enough when it comes to having a laptop.

Have had to use Geek Squad several times on different items and have been very happy that I bought it. Bought this to put on my granddaughter's computers and I don't have to worry about the because I know they are covered. Worth the extra money.

Geek Squad is the best. No hassle warranty. I like the convenience of making an appointment instead of trying to be the first one in line.

This is a great program. Every time I have had a issue they were either able to fix it or give me my money back for another item!

Best warranty product to buy for all of your products in your home from Best buy from the washing machine to the refrigerator to the computer to the microwave I'm very satisfied with the services that I received with the warranty

So glad I purchased as I had a small battery issue and they corrected it quickly. I always purchase warranty as I like knowing I’m covered just in case.

I have geek squad service on every device and appliance I have purchased. While no one wants to have to use it, when you need it, you'll be glad you have it. They come right out to your home!

The promise of being able to take my notebook to my local BestBuy when I have an issue is very attractive. I have not had to use it yet and I hope I never will but, if something does go wrong, knowing that BB has my back is comforting.

Geek Squad Protection plans are worth every penny. You get great service and tech are very understanding

Hopefully, I’ll never need this but the plan is diverse in its protections, especially for laptops that will be moved around a lot.

The protection plan saved me when the warranty on the device expired and it broke suddenly, allowing me to purchase a new one at no cost.
