The protection plan works well for high end laptops and electronics that receive physical damages. I got my laptop fixed in about 2 weeks so the process is a bit slow but it’s worth it.

The Geek Squad Protection Plan is a must! The laptop needed a new battery, and a new screen. Everything was covered, and the laptop works as it should.

No problems with service. Warranty worth it fir college student purchases away at school with no concerns

Geek squad helped me with driver printer problems on my new computer, answer questions and have figured out simple problems that are not so simple for me.

I haven't had to use this service yet, and I hope I never need it, but I'm glad to have it.

I always get insurance just in case. Haven't used yet but in the past they have been fast and always right on time.

It’s like a hit or miss situation. If u need it, it’s worth the price. If u end up not using it, it’s a waste of money. For me it’s a peace of mind, in case I will have to use it.

I walked in with my laptop, not knowing you had to make an appointment beforehand. They were happy to squeeze me in and did a great job!

Luckily I have not had to use this but better to have than have expensive repairs or have to buy a new device.

I have had accidents with former laptops and devices so I am grateful for this plan. I hope I don't need it, but if I do, it seems I will be well protected!
