I have good experience with Geek Squad in the past. If you buy the complete coverage, including accidental damage, you are in good hands. They don't ask any questions as long as your device is "accidentally" damaged. This is cheaper and better than Dell's support. Except for Apple products, they sell Apple Care due to Apple's terms, I would buy Geek Squad over the manufacturer's.

Replaced 3 laptops that got damaged from my business with them as the laptops were initially purchased through Best Buy with the Geek Squad warrenty. Sent the laptops out for repair, and then received them a week later. Easy to use and friendly staff that kept me up to date of the repair progress.

Very fast laptop - press the on button, put in my password and it’s up and running. This is the first time I’ve had a laptop with AMD chip. No problems so far although I do agree with other reviewers about the large charger-very large compared to other chargers of the same type of device.

Purchased with a new gaming laptop. Haven't had to use it on this item yet thankfully, but glad to have peace of mind. Definitely worth it on high-value tech purchases, particularly items that don't devalue quickly. Have made geek squad warranty claims on tech items in the past and had good experiences.

This is very much worth it, because it is likely that your machine will get broken by your niece and then you wont be out of pocket for a new one.

We purchased this for my daughter's computer last summer. As Murphy would have it, she spilled water in her keyboard and the computer kept shutting down without warning. After checking it out, Geek Squad replaced the laptop. That sold me on the gamble that something could go wrong and the machine could be seriously damaged.

The Geek Squad person spent way more time than allotted helping to setup my new CoPilot Plus PC. Great Job.

When you have an upscale laptop, accidental damage becomes a concern. This protection policy eases that concern. The ease of getting repair work at the local Best Buy is also a huge factor. I've had very good experiences with it and scheduling appointments online is very convenient.

Robert of the geek squad unlocked my Microsoft account for me. Afterwards I asked about purchasing insurance for my new computer, and he got on that right away. I then got a discount for being a geek squad member. Robert did an excellent job managing the others waiting for their appointments.

I use the Geek Squad for everything. They mounted my TV (without any wires or cables exposed (all in the wall) and connected it to all my devices. I also use them every 3 to 4 months to clean my computer and make sure that it runs to its full capacity. I don't know what I would do without the Geek Squad. I highly recommend this Protection!

I don't usually purchase extended warranties, but in this case I thought it was wise for the peace of mind. My old laptop fell off the table and the touch screen was smashed. So when I bought the replacement laptop I wanted to be sure that I would be covered if something like that would happen again.

Absolutely love the Geek Squad service. We've always used this service with some of the items we've purchased (tv/sound bar install, Arlo camera install and trouble-shooting, laptop trouble-shooting. Well worth the cost. Would always ensure we have Geek Squad protection for some of the more expensive electronics.

Haven't had to use the Geek Squad services on the new laptop but have always been satisfied with the quality of the team's work in the past. Purchasing the extended warranty was a no-brainer given the exceptional price of the HP laptop.

Purchasing the 3-Year Accidental Geek Squad Protection plan give me an ease of mind just in case the computer malfunctions. It is also a great deal!

Can't say that I've ever had a problem with the Geek Squad before. They're all pretty friendly and knowledgeable and, so long as one has an appointment, one will get waited on in a timely fashion.

Having the Geek Squad 1-year Accidental Protection was the best investment I made. my backpack which was carrying my laptop got wet and it effected my laptop..i took it in for service and because the damage was beyond repair they gave me a gift card with the value of the laptop so I could purchase a new one

I feel I can rest easy cause pretty much anything that could go wrong is covered. I like that feeling. I have had to make use of it yet, but From everything i have read their service is great!
