My daughter's laptop was accidentally damaged. Since Geek Squad could not repair it, they refunded the original purchase price. That, in turn, allowed me to purchase another laptop for my daughter.

It’s good to have , I always purchase insurance anytime I buy electronics from any place. But Best Buy geek squad is good until it’s not, meaning when you run into a issue that’s not covered

Whenever you buy a laptop, getting an extended warranty is a must. You're moving this expensive piece of equipment around and anything can happen. I've had to bring my laptop in twice, and twice Geek Squad had fixed my machine efficiently and effectively. Really glad I purchased it, will absolutely do it again.

My laptop and I are on the go constantly! With that, I unfortunately break it from time to time with all the wear and tear. Geek Squad has been there every time to fix or replace the item.

Hard to say how well this is hopefully I never need it and all goes well. Warranties are always a guessing game and normally I never buy them but with my item it was expensive enough and likelihood of my butter fingers dropping it I took a chance.

I always wondered about the Squad. This time, I was pressed for time and needed my new laptop set up fast. They did it overnight and it saved me hours of problems. Then when I had another glich, they fixed it right away. The added feature that they will service all my computers is a wonderful bonus. I am sold on them.

I purchased this for my daughters dell laptop. I feel it's crucial to have this on not only this new laptop but on all purchased electronics, furniture, vehicles, tools, etc. I couldn't let my daughters laptop fall victim to a virus or an accident or something and her loose everything for school!!!

It is grate to have Greek because if I brake something I know they will have my back and be on my side so I have no worry’s at all of losing or braking my stuff Worth my money

My brother spilled juice on my laptop and geek squad did the best they could to fix it thanks to geek squad.If I didn’t have geek squad I would’ve had to buy a whole new laptop.

It doesn't matter what i need help with, Geek Squad Protection does it. From getting my computer set up or repaired to helping with a home theater issue, they get it all done at little to no cost. The Protection plan pays for itself with your first use!

They didn’t want to replace the screen because of it being an older version. I had so many things on there and I’m not even sure anything was backed up. :(

I showed up 45 minutes early and they offered to look at my laptop on the spot. It was an easy fix, but would of taken me way longer to do all the steps correctly. The guy was friendly and had a fine sense of humor, so refreshing! Laughter is awesome stress reliever.

My son has a tendency of not taking of his things. I reviewed the extended warranty & I am delighted with the coverage.
