Trust me it save you so much money buying the warranty if you don't and the item breaks or something is wrong you be repaying and lossing money.

I always purchase Best Buy's Geek Squad Protection Plan on almost every high ticket/price item I purchase from Best Buy. So far, I have never had any issue(s) with my Geek Squad Protection Plans on any item found to be defective covered under the plan.

So far I haven't had to contact the geek squad yet. I have used the geek squad in the past and they were always proficient and communicated so I could understand.

Got a Great Deal on the Laptop and since anything can happen i decided to insure it since the price for insurance is a Great Deal as well.

I used the service several times and it saved me a lot of money on service and parts.

My kids slept on the screen with this coverage they took my computer in and shipped it off no cost to me and got it fixed and working like new

I always protect my products with the Geek Squad warranty. I have used it in the past and it has proved to be worth every penny when I needed a repair on my laptop. It was an easy decision to purchase the protection to cover my son's laptop.

We haven't needed to use this yet! Happy i bought the extra protection, never know when you'll need it!

I got geek squad for my laptop however when my laptop was messing up they said they could reset everything for $200 more which didn’t make any sense to me because I purchased the accidental geek squad and they were not able to help me with my laptop without me paying more.

This is a good policy to have. We have recently upgraded laptops for our boys and were thankful to have this insurance. We had issues with the screens and they were replaced with no questions asked. It does take about 7 to 10 days (repairs aren’t done in stores).

We bought a laptop for a birthday gift and this was so worth it in case something were to happen to it.

The Geek Squad protection plan is great. So far, I have not had to use it, but it is good knowing that I have it just in case. I keep my laptop at home, but if it ever got dropped and broken, I would definitely need the protection plan!

Worth it for your tech purchases! I always get the protection, as it covers whatever you need. whenever you need within the dates!

Couldn't get my software up and running without the Geek Squad. Peace of mind is priceless, and in this busy season stuff happens.

How do you purchase peace of mind; Geek Squad Accidental Protection. I have purchased several computers from Best Buy and unless it is something cheap and disposable I always get the added protection. I've had to use it a couple of times in the past and it has really paid off when I did.

After 1 year and 3 moths of buying my laptop, screen failed. I take it to the Geek squad and they solved the problem. It was covered by the warranty.

Always get the Geek Squad but use it!! Read up on it and know how it works because they will try and ignore their own rules. A must have for expensive purchases.

Haven't used it yet, but better off knowing i have some protection for my computer
