They really helped me. My computer broke and I didn't have the protection plan and I hadn't had the computer for a month and they added the plan and fixes my computer in a week. Great services.

Fortunately, I haven't had to utilize this service, but given how critical my device for my purposes, it is good to know the Geek Squad is there if I need it.

I would not buy a new lap top with out this service. You never know what can happen. Lap tops are not inexpensive so this is good to have.

I decided to buy it, not only because it does cover accidents, but it also covers component, Gpus. fans, ram, motherboard, hdd and ssd, hopefully i won't need to use, but it's nice to know I have it.

It is the peace of mind for me! I have not needed to use the service, but when it is time, I know that Best Buy can quickly address my concerns.

I love that if its dropped and breaks, I can get a new laptop, I mean, it's a laptop...the possibility that it falls off your lap is alot more than a desktop falling off your desk...lol

This was a life saver, when I had any issues with my Laptop I took it to the Geek Squad and they took care of the problem.

We haven't had to utilize this yet, but I felt it was much needed and a good value for my son's new laptop and going away to college.
