Good laptop for an open box i bought it for my daughter

Geek Squad was great for my watch! It kept messing up and they replaced it with a new one for free as it was a manufacturer error.

The Geek Squad Protection Plan is a must! The laptop needed a new battery, and a new screen. Everything was covered, and the laptop works as it should.

Always buy the protection plan especially if kids will be using the device. Love the fact that I’mable to bring my device in for repairs or replacement if needed.

I purchased this when I purchased my laptop thinking I was covered if I needed assistance with anything. Boy was I wrong. I purchased dual screens to connect to the laptop and kept getting a "no power" message. I took the dual monitors and the laptop in to get assistance just to make sure it wasn't the laptop which I JUST purchased from them and was told I had to pay $40.00 for them to help me. Long story short, I was told that what I paid for only covered things such as the laptop not working, damaged etc. and even then, if it had to be sent out, it could take weeks to get it back. The technician still tried to help but his attitude said he didn't want to. Then he suggested that I purchase a power block with at least 40 watts, I purchased a power block at 60 watts and still have no resolution. I'm considering cancelling, it's just not worth it if I can't get simple assistance.

Bought it but thankfully we haven’t used it. Our daughter will be taking it back and forth to school better to be safe than sorry.

This warranty was for my Samsung 70” TV! My tv broke ! And the warranty was a good help! I didn’t have to pay anything out of pocket!
